By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Voyana is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users create personalized day-by-day travel itineraries. Our Service includes:

User Accounts and Registration

• Google Sign In

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

Nature of AI Recommendations

Voyana uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations and itineraries. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is based on available data and algorithms
• Recommendations may not always be accurate or up-to-date
• Travel conditions, prices, and availability can change rapidly
• You should verify all recommendations before making travel decisions

Travel Advisory

We recommend that users consult multiple sources, including official tourism boards, current travel advisories, and local authorities before making travel decisions. Voyana is a planning tool and should not be your sole source of travel information.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Voyana offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Subscription fees are charged through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal charges occur 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions through your app store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests must be made through the app store where you purchased your subscription (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not process direct refunds.

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Voyana, including:

• Travel preferences and planning data
• Custom itinerary modifications
• Notes and personal information
• Shared content and reviews

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pabua LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Our Service integrates with various third-party services to provide enhanced functionality:

• OpenAI for AI-powered itinerary generation

• Apple and Google services for authentication

Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for travel-related incidents or issues
• Travel conditions can change without notice
• You should verify all travel information independently
• Travel insurance is recommended for all trips

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pabua LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the app settings.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
